LPC1700 is supported 'natively' in MCUXpresso. There is no SDK for LPC1700, so perhaps that is what is confusing you?

To create a project,in the Quickstart panel, choose New Project, the in the Preinstalled MCU's list, choose LPC1700 (and then your actual LPC1700). If you want example code, use LPCOpen.

How can we use LPC1700 in MCUExpresso? I It seems to be that is is supported as per https://www.nxp.com/design/software/development-software/mcuxpresso-software-and-tools-/mcuxpresso-integrated-development-environment-ide:MCUXpresso-IDE
but compared to other microcontrollers we cant figure out how add CPU to project in IDE.

Kind regards, Luka.
