Developing Cortex-M4 with ConnectCore 8x SBC Pro

Hi.

Board: ConnectCore 8x SBC Pro.

I can:

- build and deploy uboot, linux kernel and rootfs using Yocto,

- build and deploy Cortex-M4 example from SDK.

I want to write Cortex-M4 application from scratch, what IDE/tools should I use to do it?

Is it possible to use MCUXpresso IDE?
