No compactible probes found when I tried to run Pn7150 mcu example in Lpc82x

I am new to NXP. I have a brand new Lpc82x max board. I tried to flash the program by clicking the blue colour bug icon there is a pop up saying No campactible probes found. Please help.

Will have have install any softdevice ? Or change it to bootmode.
