debug Err LCP1769 DAP board

I was trying to debug LCP1769 DAP board with mcuexpresso IDE but it does not launch debug process. Instead i get this message below. Kindly help me to know what is the problem and how should i rectify it??

The clue may be in the message - check target power.

make sure sufficient power is being supplied to your board.
