I can not program file into flash by MCUXpressIDE

I can not program file into flash by MCUXpressIDE, here is some log about this situation,

ProgramPage (0x10000000, 0x2208, 0x4000) status 0x1 - driver reported driver error - EXTSPI driver rc 128 (0x80)
Closing flash driver LPC540xx_SPIFI_SFDP.cfx
(100) Writing Flash ended with an error.
File 'lpcxpresso54018_touch_cursor.axf' load failure: Ef(49): Flash driver operation gave error.
(100) Target Connection Failed
Unable to perform operation!
Command failed with exit code 1

how can I slove this problem ?

Hi,

Could you please let me know which project are you using?, please try placing the MCU in ISP mode and then try launching the debug session, you can find more information on this link:

When I found this problem is using my test project.

I followed your suggetions to replace the MCU in ISP mode, but problem still exists.
