When I clicked the download button, it always leads to my account. (I have logged in).

Hi Eric,

I quickly tried on my side, and yes, it asks me to log into my account, but then I get to the License Agreement page. Maybe you can share with screenshots what you see?

Hi Eric,

I had the same problem (after the database merge with freescale). I had to open a support ticket to get it solved.

If you need urgent access, simple register with some other e-mail account.

Try a different browser. I've found FireFox works most often here for downloading after trying IE and Chrome.
