PNEV7426 Cannot halt processor

I have a PNEV7426 evaluation board. I had it running the example programs fine today using MCUxpresso and LPC Link. I am not sure what happened but the board stopped functioning as before with the error 'cannot halt processor'. I presume the processor needs to be reset, but I am not sure how to do this.
