MCUXpresso Config Tools - Pending Download Status

I can't download MK64FN1M0xxx12 (2) with MCUXpresso IDE sdk 2.3.

I got a message like below

"NXP MCUXpresso Config Tools User,

Your recent download request is currently in a pending state due to export compliance. Please verify that your profile preferences within MCUXpresso Config Tools are detailed and accurate. You can update these preferences by logging into MCUXpresso Config Tools (http://mcuxpresso.nxp.com) and selecting preferences from the drop-down menu next to your name. If your account remains in a pending state for more than 24 hours please email kinetis.expert@nxp.com to expedite the resolution."

I tried to send an email to kinetis.expert@nxp.com, but this address didn't works!!

What about your NXP account , it is a new one ? Or a account that haven't used for a long time ?

Could you please use another NXP account to have a try ?

I have seen reports that some strange characters in the user profile/name/account settings could trigger an 'export compliance' message. I have pinged a contact to check this, so hopefully this will be resolved. As a workaround you could create a new account, but make sure you enter only 7bit ASCII characters and no Umlaut (if this is really the problem here).

I received the authorization to download the sdk two days after this post.

At this time, just after writing this post, I could't connect again for some days, so I could't reply...

I didn't change account, and my account was not use for some months.
