How to select SDK for MIMXRT1170IEC to implement Bootloader

Hi,

Please provide your inputs on selecting which SDK package for IMXRT1170IEC , as we have two packages

1.MIMXRT1170-EVK 2. MIMXRT1170-EVKB
Mainly our task is to implement bootloader and firmware upgradation. Please share sample examples and docs links related to the same.

Hi @gurukiran,

You can check the difference between RT1170 EVK and RT1170 EVKB on the user guide MIMXRT1170 EVKB Board Hardware User Guide chapter 6 Key differences between EVK and EVKB.

In order to download the SDKs, you can use SDK builder or directly on MCUXpresso, each SDK comes with examples of different peripherals.

Depending on the EVK the SDK changes, so please make sure you are using the corresponding SDK of each board.
