SPT GUI not loading after terminal window

Hi,

One of our customer has installed SPT v3 on Windows 10, 64 bit, 16GB RAM system . On double clicking the icon on desktop, terminal window comes(refer attached "image") and then disappears. SPT GUI screen is not getting loaded.

How to rectify this issue?

Please let me know if any other information required.

Hi Boby,

see previous post - https://community.nxp.com/t5/MCUXpresso-Secure-Provisioning/Secure-provisioning-tool-fails-at-startup/m-p/1308251#M78 - what Region language do you have? Also you can execute it in the command line with "-v" argument, so the prompt window is not closed and error output should not be lost .

Hi Boby,

we have reproduced the issue with unsupported Region settings and the thread was updated with latest info how to workaround the problem. Here is copy of updated info:
