I am a starter, can someone explain in detail what are all the configurations to be done for PWM generation for s32k312-EVB. if someone could explain from scratch it would be helpful.

Could you please check the following article posted on the MBDT Community? (https://community.nxp.com/t5/NXP-Model-Based-Design-Tools/Controlling-LED-intensity-with-ADC-and-PWM/ta-p/1747898)

It provides details on the PWM component configuration and usage in Simulink applications. Together with it, you could also refer to the S32K3xx Reference Manual for additional details.

Please note as well that the MBDT delivers PWM example applications which you could check for seeing how the PWM block is used, how the PWM component is configured, and so on.

as per your suggestion, I visited the website and followed the instructions and configured for the s32k312 board, but I am unable to build the Simulink model. I have uploaded the model as it shows build error, please review it and suggest some suggestions. Please!
