&lt;P&gt;The current framework for the S32K1 allows you to deploy only the subsystem running in PIL mode on the MCU to be tested, while the inputs and send, and algorithms outputs are received via a single Serial communication. So I would say that this is now possible.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can you please provide more details about your usecase?&lt;/P&gt;
