Can we see the same data in Diagnostic viewer window of MATLAB.

Discrepancy Between Design Studio and .MAP File

In our trails we have built a code which contains only NXP Configuration Block and built it. However, I have noticed differences between the memory allocation reported in the .MAP file generated by the linker and what is shown in NXP's Design Studio. Fig A indicates the memory allocation in .MAP file, Fig B indicates the memory allocation in NXP’s Design Studio and lastly Fig C indicates the difference between both. Is there a known explanation for the variance in memory usage figures when using solely the NXP configuration block? Are there any specific settings I might need to adjust to align the two sources of memory allocation information.

Interested to know more ways to optimize code in terms of space.

Regards

Gopal
