&lt;P&gt;First of all, I need to mention that the FreeMaster tool can be used through multiple connection types. I suggest you to use one of the following two based on your available hardware:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;Using a debug probe, and access the target microcontroller memory over BDM communication.&lt;/LI&gt;

The S32K1 workflow is a little bit different from the S32K3 one that you are using, but you can focus only on the last part, which is about the FreeMaster configuration:&lt;/LI&gt;
