Hi. I want to configure FreeMaster over CAN. I researched some topics but there is no information about FreeMaster over CAN. Especially MBDT. Here is my configuration. How can I configure FreeMaster over CAN? Are there any example to use?

Hello @mtnkrmgl,

To use FreeMASTER over CAN, you must select the CAN interface from the FreeMaster_Config block (which you already did). The interface used by the FreeMaster must not be configured by another FCAN_Config block (in the screenshot attached I see that FCAN_Config block configures CAN0 whereas FreeMaster_Config configures CAN1 which means that there is no conflict). Moreover, you can not send any CAN messages over CAN1 (interface used by Freemaster).

Then, in the FreeMASTER application, you can go Tools -> Connection Wizard and Select "Connect over CAN bus with CAN card or USB-to-CAN module".

Next, click on Plug-in Configuration and configure CAN accordingly to your hardware (CAN driver and CAN Channel) and FreeMASTER_Config settings (Bit Rate). The other settings should be left default.

Finally, you can select .elf file and add variables you want to monitor.

Note! Take into consideration that Freemaster can add overhead if you monitor multiple variables at a fast refresh rate.
