topic Support for i.MX RT1064 ver. B parts in Model-Based Design Toolbox (MBDT)

Hi,

in latest version of the i.MX RT toolbox (ver. 1.2.0) we can choose between 4 variants of RT1064 part - all of them have a letter 'A' at the end of the part name. Three of them were replaced by new variants (new silicon) with appended letter 'B' at the end of the part name. As I've seen in the 'change notification' - it corrects the error in USB peripheral implementation.

At the moment the 'A' parts are discontinued and only 'B' parts can be ordered. I assume we can work with these 'B' parts without problems by choosing corresponding part number with (old) letter 'A' in the Model Settings -> Hardware Implementation (instead of 'B').

Am I right ? Can You confirm this ?

Regards

Maciek

Hi Maciek,

Yes, you can use the 'B' parts with the 'A' part selection in the toolbox.

Best regards,
