Hi all,

I used to worked with EB tresos and Autosar 4.2 for development Telematic ECU in Continental Automotive.
I am very clear about the advantages of Autosar in ECUs development.

Recently, I getting started explore about NXP MBDT for S32Kxx. Simulink also help us generate the code, they keep saying that The code generated from the Simulink models can be used directly in the controller, eliminating the need for a separate, costly implementation phase.

I would like ask what are the difference of Autosar and NXP MBDT, whether can use NXP MBDT for ECU development ? any disadvantages of NXP MBDT compare with Autosar ?

thanks a lot for answer my confusing question .

Viet

NXP+ MathWorks did a joint webinar on this topic in 2020, maybe watching it will provide some guidance.

Modeling and PIL Verification of AUTOSAR Software on NXP S32K from Simulink

Cheers,

-Brian
