What CAN channels are Supported by Simulink on the dev board X-RDVCU5775EVM Ver B?

I am using:

Windows 10
MATLAB/Simulink 2020a
MBDT version 3.2.0
The dev board X-RDVCU5775EVM Ver B, which has the MPC5775B chip

With the target set at MPC5777C in the 'MBD_MPC574x_Config_Information' block I have only been able to get one of the CAN channels to work:

In Simulink: 'FCAN Module: 0'
On the 130-pin ECU Cable: (CAN1_L, C12) and (CAN1_H, D12)

I would expect the channel at [(CAN2_L, C13) and (CAN2_H, D13)] and the channel at [(SBC_CAN_L, C11) and (SBC_CAN_H, D11)] to also work. So far, I have not been able to make these other channels work.

Are these other CAN channels on the dev board known to work with Simulink?
