Question about NXP Mifare ultralight

For personal work, I have a chip NXP Mifare Ultralight NTAG213 that reads the consumption of a product. I would like, once the product is used, to reset this chip to start a new cycle.

Once the product has worn out, it locks the ADDR 07 line which is "read write", in read only. And so I can no longer edit it to reset the elements to 00: 00: 00: 00.

Do you think this is possible To edit a line who is in "read only"?
