MPC5643xL: Return to default flash configuration

Dear all,

I have an issue with the flash configuration of a MPC5643L.
I think that I have overwritten boot registers or something like that because when I try to download an .elf file into the flash memory it works properly (I can see a CAN message). But after a power-off cycle, the application doesn’t restart because I cannot see the CAN message anymore.
Could you please let me know the procedure to go back to the default configuration of the flash?

So, If I understand correctly you are using the RappId Bootloader to download the code over CAN and the application is working correctly until restart. Are you sure that you have selected the flash and not the ram for target memory? What Matlab version are you using?

No, I just jtagged the elf using S32 IDE.

And yes, I'm sure that I've selected FLASH option as target memory.

Any clue about what could be happening?
