Problem to connect to DEVKIT-MPC5744P with FreeMaster

Dear Dimitri,

thank you for this very interesting tutorial. I succeed in installing Model Based Design Toolbox and programming MPC5744P development kit with Simulink. However, I have a problem with Freemaster 2.0 when I try to connect to DEVKIT-MPC5744P.

The message below arises:

Even if I load no source file and I try only to connect to the board, when I click to Start/stop communications, this error message arises.

Could you help me to solve this problem ?

I have the same problem.

My tools: Matlab is 2016a;@ NXP MBDT is 2.0; S32 Design Studio is 2017 R1 with updates

Build and Download are ok, not able to connect to FreeMaster.

Tried the Hotfix3 in https://community.nxp.com/thread/451804. No luck on it.

Tried the solution of https://community.nxp.com/thread/454868. The FreeMaster works by using RAppID.exe to flash the bin file ADC1.mot under Daniel's comment.

Please Help.

I had brought the solutions suggested in the different Hotfixes. Everything works after a simple restart of my computer. So, now everythink works fine.
