Here is a video showing how to generate a license - it's demonstrating for S32K14x toolbox, but the process is the same for MPC5744P. Could you re-generate a license, following those steps? And then copy it in the lic folder?

From what I understand, you already updated the mbd_pnt_hostid.p file, right? After you get your license working, you should also take a look at other hotfixes (here) for MPC5744P toolbox. Keep in mind that in the 2nd part of February we'll release a new version of the MPC5744P toolbox - it will be based on P.A. SDK and will support other derivatives as well as parts of Calypso family (MPC574xP|B|C|G).
