      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would really like to get any kind of information on the phase noise characteristics for the BFU730F transistor.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I am looking for any types of non-linear, spice or mextram models for the BFU730F transistor to use with Advanced Design System 2016 (ADS).
