Hi,

I would really like to get any kind of information on the phase noise characteristics for the BFU730F transistor.

So I am looking for any types of non-linear, spice or mextram models for the BFU730F transistor to use with Advanced Design System 2016 (ADS). I only found some old models, which does not work with my current version of ADS.

Where can I find these models or information?

This is a MATLAB related community and unfortunately we can't help in this matter.
