I need help to find out how the MPC5744P embedded software startup sequence till jump to main function after power up. Which NXP document provides this information or would you please provide one using an example?

Hi liwuquan‌,

I would recommend starting with MPC5744P Reference Manual chapter Reset and Boot Modules (54-56)

Then as source code example you could look at ...\mbdtbx_MPC574xP\mbdtbx_pnt\src\cw_specific_files\crt0_RAM/FLASH file to see the operations from HW entry point till main().
