Hi, @achauhan,

We currently support the S32K312 package with 172 pins. For your custom board, which uses the S32K312‑Q100 package, the latest S32K3 toolbox does not provide official support.

You will need to ensure that all pins are correctly routed according to your custom board design, as the package changes from 172 pins to 100 pins, and some pins are either missing or assigned to different functionalities.

Until official support for the S32K312‑Q100 becomes available, you will need to manually adjust the pin configuration to match your custom hardware design.

Please refer to the following topics:

- Pins Configurations

Best regards,

I am using the LED blinking example MATLAB simulation provided by NXP and running it on my S32K312 (172HDQFP) microcontroller. It is working correctly on this board.

However, when I use the same example on my custom board with S32K312 (100HDQFP), it does not work.

Please help me resolve this issue.

Software specifications:

MATLAB: 2025b

MBDT for S32K3x: 1.8.0

S32DS: 3.5.0
