Problem for reinstalling

I registered this software with free version but, following problem was faced while debugging. -
LPCXpresso Free License - Download limit is 8K (UNREGISTERED)
Target error from Commit Flash write: Eg(-1). Flash image too large for this license.
terminating on communication loss: Pipe has been closed by GDB.

then i reinstalled but after generating new activation key it is not accepting.
how can we resolve this problem?

Support will need to know what (exact) version of LPCXpresso you are installing/activating.
And also what (exact) operating system and version you have.
