I received in response to NXP forum to do on Monday and Wednesday (Taiwan time)
1. First deactive license again active license, is failure
2. First delect CDM file again active license, is failure.
and recevied response if has any problem contac suxxxx@xxxx-red-tech.com.
I on Tuesday and Thursday (Taiwan time) to send a letter to Suxxx@xxxx-red-tech.com, but did not receive any response, and now I should contact for assistance with which unit

No such email has been received at code-red-tech.com, which is why you have not received a reply.

Please note that the same people answer all questions on LPCXpresso and Red Suite, however the question is received. So the answer you receive from the two cases you quote are correct. You will not get a different reply by emailing code-red-tech.
