I encountered the same problem even if I use the Quickstart Debug entry to launch a debug session for my project. I have not tried LPCXpresso v5.2.6 but I am currently using LPCXpresso v5.2.4 . I have attached the AXF and map file. Thanks!

Content originally posted in LPCWare by TheFallGuy on Fri Jul 19 00:29:59 MST 2013
There are no problems programming this image on an LPCXpresso LPC1343 board using LPC-Link. What target board and debug probe are you using? My guess is that it is your own board and there is an unresolved hardware issue.

Also, note that the AXF file does not match the file you were trying to program in your earlier log. With the log you posted, the flash size was 1092 bytes. With this AXF, it is 2452 bytes.
