I use LPCXpresso free with LPC1758 that have 512 KB flash and the limit of free compiler is 128K.
I use the top flash sector (28 and 29) for store my data application like EEPROM.
Whit debug when I restart the debug the value present in sector 28 and 29 dont change !!
This is a free compiler limit or I must set a configuration project for erase all the flash ?

The debugger only erases the flash (sectors) that it uses.

Is possible to erase all the flash sector before program the code application ?

Not automatically, but you can do it by pressing the "program flash" button on the toolbar.
