Hi,
I am interested in MISRA rule checking of C code, is this built into LPCxpresso, or are there any plans to do so? I notice this is part of the TI 430 tool set. What do people use for MISRA / lint checking of their code?

AFAIK, no. For safety and/or mission critical applications, I would look elsewhere.

We have no plans to add MISRA support directly within our tools at this time.

There is some work going on in the area of a static analysis within the Eclipse community as a whole though, which looks like it might become quite interesting in the future - do a google for "codan eclipse".

If you are interested in using Lint, then there is also a far amount of information of using this within Eclipse too (though I've not personally done this). Again try google.
