how to activate LPCXpresso Free Edition？

after create the Serial number，i try to access https://lpcxpresso-activation.nxp.com，but failed，what is the reason？

i do it that：

1. Go to the menu entry Help->Activate->Create Serial number and register (Free
Edition)...
2. Press OK and a web browser will be opened on the Activations page
• If you are already logged in to the website, the serial number will be entered for you.
• If you are not logged in, you will need to login, navigate to https://lpcxpresso-activation.
nxp.com, and enter the product’s serial number.
