I tried the following but it does not work:

$ /usr/local/lpcxpresso_7.8.0_426/lpcxpresso/bin/crt_emu_cm_redlink -pLPC54102 -vendor=NXP -flash-load-exec="$ELF_FILE"
Ni: LPCXpresso RedlinkMulti Driver v7.8 (May 28 2015 03:21:31 - crt_emu_cm_redlink build 388)
Nc: chip initialization failed - chip name not found
Et:51: This MCU is not supported by the product (Failed on -p named Package (chip/board) lookup).

Does anybody know how to program the LPC54102 flash from the command line?

If you use the program flash button in the IDE, it has an option to copy the command used to the clipboard, you can then see which options you need to use.

There is no part called LPC54102 in LPCXpresso. The part names recognized by LPCXpresso are called:
[list]
[*]LPC54101J256
[*]LPC54101J512
[*]LPC54102J256
[*]LPC54102J512
[/list]

So you should be able to program from the command line with the following command:

crt_emu_cm_redlink -flash-load-exec myapp.axf -g -2  -vendor=NXP -pLPC54102J512
