Read chapter 21 of User Manual UM10375
I hope you provided access to PIO0_1, PIO0_3, TX and RX and have a USB to Serial device like this FTDI converter. (You should remove the RS232 level shifter of this converter)

Furthermore you need a copy of Flashmagic.
