Can't flash program (Error 53: License)

Hello,
lpc problems continuation ;/ This time my program in debug mode works properly but I can't flash it. When I try to do so I get:
"Error:53: License does not permit flash operations from command line". I click ok and next windows popup with lines:

Nt: Connected: was_reset=false. was_stopped=true
Cr:f PCXpresso Free License - Download limit is 8K (UNREGISTERED)
Pc: ( 70) License Check Complete
Et:53: License does not permit flash operations from command line
Pc: (100) Target Connection Failed

Ofcourse, my program is registered and activated, even welcome tab says "LPCXpresso (Free Edition) is fully activated". I have read similar problem thread and there was advice to reactivate product. I did it but with no success, problem still occurs.
PS: if it matters, my *.axf file is located in Debug directory.

What's wrong ?

Thanks for reply. As I said earlier my program debug correctly, problem occurs when I try to flash program image. Plus there is no information about too large image. Anyway I have tested "cscript hello.vbs" and in my case it works properly.

Any ideas ;/ ?

Please provide some details that might help us identify your problem. For example... Which versions f LPCXpresso? Which operating system and version are you running on? What is the full text of the log? What was all the output from the diagnostics?

I feel like I was very clear about my problem but ok, below are all possible details:

System: Windows 7 (64bit)
IDE: LPCXpresso v7.3.0 [Build 186] [2014-07-09] || I also have tested on v6 version with no success
Micocontroller: LPC1114
The problem:
When I try to flash program into microcontroller memory I get error:

Program debugs ok and works ok problems start to happen when I click flash icon.

So, if you read the log, you will notice that ipconfig.exe and cscript.exe are not found. This is most likely due to a PATH problem with your setup. If these cannot be found on your path by the debug driver then it will not work.

Please take the time to read, understand and fix the problem as described in this FAQ.

Note that in this case the output from the redlink console is irrelevant as you are not using an lpc-link2 probe.
