Hello,

I have just installed LPCXpresso_7.9.0_455 on windows 8.
I want to use this with LPC2138. whether I required "LPC213x.h" file?
If yes please tell me how can I get it?
If No any header required , Can I access the registers of LPC2138 & how ?

You can use it if you want too. A version is supplied in the LPCXpresso Examples directory within your installation ...

[install_dir]\lpcxpresso\Examples\Legacy\LPCXpresso_old_headers.zip

Just import that ZIP into your workspace,
But you probably want to take a look at the sample code bundle :

If I don't use "LPC213x.h" file, then can I access LPC2138 registers ? & how?
