No Output while debugging semihosting project (5.0.10_1022)

Hi all!

On Ubuntu 12.04 (64Bit) I installed LPCXpresso 4.3.0_1025 and the hello world semihosting project displays the output of printf on console in the IDE (as expected).

After installing LPCXpresso 5.0.10_1022 (new workspace and new semihosting hello world project generated by the wizard) there is no output on the console.

Do I missed something or can anybody confirm this behavior?

Quick Settings-> Set library type -> Redlib semihost

Did you try to import the working project in V5.0?

I checked Redlib semihost in the linker part of project config. --> no success

The import of the working project from V4 into V5 workspace has the same effect: no output to console...

I can confirm that this was a bug in 5.0.10 on Linux. It has been fixed and a new version will be available very soon.

Thanks very much for the quick bug fixes. These are great news for the weekend! I'll try immediately the semihosting issue.

Unfortunately the link to the new Linux package seems to be broken...

Thanks a lot! Semihosting is working now (Ubuntu 12.04 64bit, LPCXpresso lpc1768).
