Resetting Project Explorer defaults

Is there a way to reset the Project Explorer default look so it matches what it looks like on page 12 of the getting started menu?
Or how do you turn on the various tabs?

I am struggling to find the "Disconnect behavior"
The explaination in Code Read knowledgebase doesn't make much sense with regards to the instructions given.

Hi,

1. Project Explorer.
You don't explain what is different from the Getting Started. If we could see what the difference is, we might be able to explain how to get it back.

2. Disconnect behavior.
We have update the instructions with a couple of screenshots to help.
