Bit confused as to what you are asking for here. From a quick skim of the apps note it appears to use a timer....

thanks, but where are this zip files? In what version of lpcxpresso is comming?

Download this zip file and unzip it. Inside you will find a PDF of the document itself, together with the example code - including the project ZIP files suitable for use with the LPCXpresso IDE.
