I think that you are referring to NXP's LPC17 driver library which is built on top of CMSIS. The latest souces for this can be found at:

http://sw.lpcware.com/?p=lpc175x_6x.git&a=summary

Unfortunately, NXP have not to date produced a version of this in LPCXpresso project form. However porting the code into LPCXpresso is fairly straight forward - you can find some hints on doing this here...

http://support.code-red-tech.com/CodeRedWiki/PortingCodeOtherToolchains

Some time ago, we also made available a "makefile project" version of this driver library suitable for LPCXpresso. You can find this at ....

http://support.code-red-tech.com/CodeRedWiki/NXPDriverLibraries

Alternatively, there is plenty of example code for LPC17 provided in the examples with LPCXpresso, in particular the code bundle for our RDB1768 development board. For more details, see:

http://support.code-red-tech.com/CodeRedWiki/SuppliedExamples

Finally, you may also find the background information on CMSIS in the following FAQ of use...

http://support.code-red-tech.com/CodeRedWiki/Support4CMSIS

Regards,
CodeRedSupport
