Your project MCU setting is LPC1114/302, therefore LPC-link was expecting 0x2540102B (/302) and complaining about [COLOR=Black]0x0444102B (/301)[/COLOR] :)

[COLOR=Black]Part ID: 0x0444102B [/COLOR]= LPC1114/301

So just change your project MCU setting to LPC1114/301:
