Thus new part families that we have added support for over the last year or so (for example LPC800) have had their CMSIS library projects based on CMSIS 3.01. Such projects have filenames of the form CMSIS_CORE_[I]&amp;lt;partfamily&amp;gt;[/I].&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Going forward, we do intend to start to use CMSIS 3.20 for new part support. But we don't intend to go back and retrofit CMSIS 3.20 into part families that support already exists for.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;But remember that there is nothing to stop you pulling in the code from the latest CMSIS release from ARM into your own projects if you so desire.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Regards,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;CodeRedSupport&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
