      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Content originally posted in LPCWare by JDrumm on Fri Apr 09 13:08:16 MST 2010&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I am trying to get the HID example to work.&amp;nbsp; I made the .ld edits identified in AN10904 and set the option in the Project to manually manage the linker script.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I continue to get an error message :&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;[SIZE=2][LEFT]cannot open linker script file C:/nxp/lpcxpresso_3.2/msys/lpc_tool/usbhid_Debug.ld: Invalid argument[/LEFT]&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;collect2: ld returned 1 exit status&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I cannot figure out what the "Invalid argument" is.&amp;nbsp; Does this my .ld file has errors in it?&amp;nbsp; Or does this mean the file does not exist?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Any assistance would be appreciated.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;[/SIZE]&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
