Content originally posted in LPCWare by hans1255 on Thu Apr 07 00:15:36 MST 2016

I used the LPCXpersso V 7.7.2 with the LPCXpresso (LPC1769) for a couple of months without any problems. After a break of 3 months the LPC-Link is no more functioning. All recommendations from the FAQ's failed. I'm using Win 8.1 and I guess, that the problem occur due to a Windows update. I installed the version 8.1.2, but no change. The reinstallation of V 7.7.2 also failed. It seems not to be an USB issue, as the emulator will be found (see below).
Has anyone a suggestion?

Thanks
Hans

C:\nxp\LPCXpresso_7.7.2_379\lpcxpresso\bin\Scripts>listusb.cmd
.
.
VID: 0471 PID: DF55 (USB Device with DFU Capabilities)
.
.
C:\nxp\LPCXpresso_7.7.2_379\lpcxpresso\bin\Scripts>bootLPCXpresso.cmd
Booting LPC-Link with LPCXpressoWIN.enc
.
.
C:\nxp\LPCXpresso_7.7.2_379\lpcxpresso\bin\Scripts>listusb.cmd
.
.
    VID: 1FC9 PID: 0009 (LPC-Link Debug Probe v1.1)
.
.
C:\nxp\LPCXpresso_7.7.2_379\lpcxpresso\bin\Scripts>cd..

C:\nxp\LPCXpresso_7.7.2_379\lpcxpresso\bin>crt_emu_cm3_nxp.exe -info-emu -wire=winusb
Ni: LPCXpresso Debug Driver v7.7 (Mar 31 2015 21:04:28 - crt_emu_cm3_nxp.exe bui
ld 93)

    0 Emulators available:
