Can anyone make comparison between LPCLINK versa LPCLINK2

I tried to understand this question on NXP webpage but I could not make sense to get clear answer.

I have LPC1769 and currently using LPCLINK, I need to know how newer version would make programming environment faster, easier to use and do better debug operation?
