If you don't use fractional divider, you get approx. 8% error in baud rate at 12 MHz. Either increase your clock frequency to 24 MHz using PLL, or use the fractional divider.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
