If you have LPCXpresso installed in the default location, you should be able to find these header files in the following directories:
C:\nxp\LPCXpresso_5.2.6\lpcxpresso\tools\arm-none-eabi\include\NXP\crp.h
C:\nxp\LPCXpresso_5.2.6\lpcxpresso\tools\arm-none-eabi\include\cr_section_macros.h
If you cannot find them, let us know.

C:\nxp\LPCXpresso_5.2.6\lpcxpresso\tools\arm-none-eabi\include\NXP\crp.h

But the files are not available

I do not have this software LPCXpresso_5.2.6

neither of these files is applicable to Keil - they are only for LPCXpresso.
