[*][FONT=Arial][SIZE=2]ran Windows USB registery setting to maintain USB[/SIZE][/FONT]
[/LIST][SIZE=2][FONT=Arial]When adding check to "Initialize LPC-Link as HID", the error changes to [COLOR=red]"02: Failed on connect."[/COLOR][/FONT][/SIZE]
[FONT=Arial][SIZE=2][COLOR=#ff0000][/COLOR][/SIZE][/FONT]

I'll try it next, but as I understand it, this is for recovery after changing the PLL, which I haven't done.

Any other ideas?

That worked. Thanks for the help.
One comment: Removing ground from P0.1 is required before attempting to connect. That wasn't clear in the instructions.
