When I click the botton of "Debug", note me a Lpc xpress error. Please find of attachement file of LPC Xpresso error.JPG.
I don't know why note this???

Maybe try reinstalling LPCXpresso? One of the file paths in the JPG looks strange.

I'm just guessing. In the JPG you posted it looks like there is an extra colon in [FONT=Courier New]file:D:[B][COLOR=Red]:[/COLOR][/B]/Program[/FONT]

I am restalled Expresso, but not resolve it. when running
LPCXpresso v4.1.5_219 note a error infomation LPC Xpresso error1.JPG

The error is caused by the IDE not being able to find required files. These files are automatically installed along with all other files. So:
- have you deleted any files?
- has your antivirus deleted/quarantined any files?

If this doesn't help, can you post the output from:
Help->Support->Product Information
