Problems loading LPC1769 with Red Suite for Mac

I'm having trouble loading one of the example projects on the LPCXpresso LPC1769 Rev B board with Red Suite 4 version 4.1 for the Mac.

The project being loaded is GPIO and here is the dump of the log:

Why am I getting "Flash driver not ready"? What's the work around for this problem?

From Project Explorer, select the project, right-click and choose
[FONT=Courier New][SIZE=2]Launch configurations->Delete Launch Configurations[/SIZE][/FONT]

Then try to launch your debug session again.

If that doesn't work, then please can you try powering up your board in ISP mode, then try launching the debug session again...

As it turns out the PLL was stuck in a strange state. By shorting pins 51 to 54 I could circumvent the normal boot process.

This allowed me to re-program the LPCXpresso and carry on.
