Can't burn program into P89V51RD2FN in ISP mode

Hi,
I have two chips are NXP P89V51RD2BN and NXP P89V51RD2FN.
I have burned program into P89V51RD2BN in ISP mode successfully, but in the P89V51RD2FN can't successful.
I used Flash Magic(the last version) to burn my program.
In P89V51RD2FN, when I started to burn program by Flash Magic, then the "Reset the device into ISP mode now" message showed up, then i pressed reset button in my equipment tried to into ISP mode.
The message always in there, and wasn't burning the program.
I did every thing just like what I did in the successful chip (P89V51RD2BN).
And I researched the datasheet, there is only "Temperature range" different.
So could someone tell me how can I deal with this problem?

Yes, you are right, the only different between P89V51RD2BN and P89V51RD2FN is "Temperature range" different. So if happened the phenomenon just like you described, is should caused by chip problem. The P89V51RD2FN should have problem with ISP function.
